I like the salt. It makes me feel really calm. Thank you for recommending the product to me. I'm sure it will help in all manner of other things. It's so beautiful to look at also.

I've been using Himalayan Salt from Life Enthusiast for a while and wouldn't use anything else. I use the sol or brine in cooking and the food tastes wonderful. Regular salt makes me very thirsty and I never experience thirst with this salt, just a good overall healthy feeling. And it's so beautiful, the salt rocks are so pleasing to look at. Thank you for this wonderful product!

[I was reminded of] Brooks Bradley\'s advice; one that is definitely for my personal \"remember\" files. \"the T-Cells in the synovial fluid of the articulating joints lose their ability (usually starting around age 55) to distinguish between healthy, live, tissue... and dead, necrotic tissue\" I got interested in Brine Therapy as was introduced to me by Life Enthusiast. http://life-enthusiast.com/index/Education/Salt/About_Salt_Brine_Therapy http://life-enthusiast.com/index/Brands/Jevatee/Brine_Therapy I\'ve known for a very long time about my calcification problems and wondered if Brine Therapy was the way to go. I finally bit the bullet and bought some of the Jeveda salt crystals (you have to use the large crystals to get all the elements in their virgin state). I started brine therapy many days ago. I had not paid much attention to the statements on the site such as this: \"For your body to get rid of these deposits it has to first metabolize them. Even animal proteins, which are difficult to break down and eliminate, will be eliminated through the urine, due to the strong structural formation of the crystal salt.\" After what I went through for the first few days of this, I think this statement is related to the statement above by Brooks Bradley. I think some of those deposits to be removed are probably some of our own inner detritus, the breakdown of our own cartilage. Here\'s where it gets indelicate- for the first few days of brine therapy, the stench of my own urine was enough to run me out of the bathroom. I had to hold my breath to flush the toilet. Next came pain in the feet and ankles, that went away after a few days and yielded to more flexibility, then the same for the knees, now I think it\'s causing some discomfort in my left hip. My feet and knees are really much more flexible now, I can squat again and work that way for a while. Next thing was that a much better mental attitude came over me. After having seen my Mom go into extreme anxiety and near shock from hyponatremia, I finally realized I was prone to it. It really has lifted my spirits and do I ever need that right now. Also, I had some strange sensations in the left side of my heart as the salt went in, any my heart once again began to get stronger. Somehow the brine pointed up a weakness in my heart and perhaps this also has to do with quitting coffee... I can now tell that any wheat product, breads, etc., have a bad effect on my heart, causing flutters on the left side. This didn\'t really become apparent until I took the brine. It\'s as if my heart is now able to tell me exactly what it does want and does not want. Last thing for now: I started losing weight again! 6 pounds just fell off in 3 days. I attribute this to no refined carbs at all and I attribute my ability to avoid them to my intake of brine and the good feelings I get from it. I\'m trying to use at minimum 2 grams of salt per day, actually going for 4-6 grams per day. As you can see I\'m kind of hit or miss about that. I got those results while trying to be steady on 4 grams a day. That\'s grams of salt in the brine, according to my calculations.

Thank you so very much for the most exquisite Himalayan salt crystals. It is truly beautiful and the fact that it was a gift from you makes it even more special. It really is spectacular. Three friends commented on it over the weekend. I told them they were available at Life Enthusiast.
